When you order from us, here is what you can expect:
While we take extreme care with the photography and descriptions used on the Funkee website, some colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. Our scarves are hand cut and hand machine sewed, therefore, measurement should be taken as an average size of the scarf and could vary within +/- 7 cms.
We accept MasterCard or Visa payment with your order online, or in store.
If you would like to pay us via direct online bank transfer, please let us know and we'll supply the required details.
For orders within New Zealand:
All orders received before 10am will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).
All orders received after 10am, or during the weekend, will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send a confirmation email with a New Zealand Post Track and Trace number.
Keke will deliver to all addresses globally.
Please provide a physical delivery address - we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For addresses in New Zealand: Domestic courier delivery fees will be shown in your order before you pay at the online check-out. Please select the appropriate options if you require the Rural Delivery or a Saturday Delivery service. We use Fastway Couriers for all orders.
Delivery should take between 3 – 5 working days.
For addresses outside New Zealand: Please contact us directly and we will quote the most cost effective freight solution.
A signature is required upon delivery and all deliveries are made on business days between 9am – 5pm. As such you may find it easier to schedule the delivery to your place of work.
If you are not available to receive your package and sign for it the courier will leave a card to call to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

We are happy to take returns, but are unable to give full refunds, but are happy to give a credit to your account for future purchases.
To receive a credit:
Goods must be returned in the courier pack provided.
Goods must be returned unused and in a saleable condition (except if faulty).
Goods must be returned with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Faulty goods will be refunded under the six month warranty for faulty items (proof of purchase to be provided).
We take the protection of your personal information extremely seriously. We do not store your credit card details nor will we EVER sell any of your purchase or contact information to a 3rd party.

Send you a confirmation email when your purchases have been dispatched
Keep you up-to-date with our new products
Send you special offers and gifts throughout the year
To do this requires retaining some general information, which is why you are asked to create an account when making your first purchase with us. If you would prefer not to receive information from us at any time, you can simply unsubscribe by emailing us.
Issues, Concerns, Congratulations and Comments
Customer wellbeing is our primary concern, so please contact us about any aspect of your Keke experience. If something isn't exactly as you'd expect, would love a chance to try to fix it. If you're unhappy with your purchase, your delivery service or delivery time, or with the quality of a product, we'd like to know. We greatly value our customers, and your feedback is really important to us. We pride ourselves on excellence, and if this hasn't been achieved, we would appreciate knowing, so we can do better.
